Arrive on time!!!
Punctuality ensures you can enjoy your visit without feeling rushed, and it keeps the preceding appointments running smoothly as well.
You will need time to complete the following tasks:
- Settle-in, ask questions.
- Change clothing or footwear, as needed, or use the washroom.
- Sign your waiver(s) and receive your safety glasses.
- And most importantly... choose your colours!!!
Choosing your colours
You will each physically assemble your custom colour recipe into a container. This must be completed before your instructor comes to escort you to the studio.
Choosing your colours is exciting, but it can also be very challenging for some - so the more time you give yourself the better.
We offer 25+ colours to choose from - a variety of opaque, translucent, and even glittery options. You'll need to consider what colours work well together and what ratio of each colour you'll want to use. It can help to consider ahead where you plan to hang your piece when it's done.
Our staff is there to offer advice and support, and we have examples so you can browse colour-combinations on finished pieces before you choose, but please keep in mind that we cannot predict the outcome of any piece - the mystery and the reveal is part of the fun!

We use a separate, sanitized mouth piece for each participant.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your appointment is officially scheduled to begin, your 15 minute appointment will be forfeited and treated as a no-show. (No-shows and same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.)
If we can accommodate you later in the day we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee space for late arrivals.
Dress Code
All Participants must wear full-coverage shoes and long pants.
Long hair should be tied back.
Safety glasses (provided) must be worn in the warehouse and studio at all times - if you have your own you are welcomed to bring them.
With the exception of head, neck, and arms, all participants should be fully covered. T-shirts and tanks tops are acceptable but please avoid crop tops as well as pants or shoes that expose the foot or ankle. Running shoes/sneakers are ideal.
Some people bring a change of clothes so they don’t have to wear long pants all day in the warmer months. We do have washrooms where you can change; just make sure you arrive with extra time for this (on top of the original 15 minutes requested for choosing your colours).
For your safety, participants who do not follow the dress code cannot be permitted into the studio and will not receive a refund, per the cancellation policy.
If you booked on behalf of another participant or group, it is your responsibility to pass on all participation requirements to anyone joining you, before arriving for the experience.

Last appointment of the day
Please remember that the showroom closes at 5:00 pm. If you think you will need to arrange shipping, or want time to browse for a possible purchase please arrive earlier than our requested 15 minutes, as the store will be closed when you exit the studio.
Accessibility
This is a wheelchair accessible experience. There are no stairs, and spatially we try to keep all spaces wide open for easy mobility, however, the building does not have automatic doors.

Washrooms are available.
Water dispensers are available, but you must bring your own refillable bottle.

Cancellations
No-shows and same day cancellations will not receive a refund.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event to receive a refund.
(Exceptions may be made for special circumstances).
